Health Visitor Professional

We are looking for an experienced Health Visitor to join our 0-19+ Team, working in collaboration with other agencies to deliver high-quality health and care services to families and communities in Cheshire East.
This is a part-time position that requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and professional codes, with experience of working with vulnerable populations.

About the Role- Manage a caseload of universal partnership and partnership plus families, supporting the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.
- Collaborate with other agencies to meet the needs of children and families.
- Participate in public health activities, including individuals, groups, and communities.
- RN (Adult or Child/RSCN) or RM qualification.
- BSc/Public Health Nursing - Health Visiting or equivalent degree.
- V100 Nurse Prescriber qualification.
- Leadership Level 6 and Mentorship Level 6 qualifications.
£45,451 per annum (pro rata), dependent on experience.
