At Recruitment Robin Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Consultant to join our Cheshire-based team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will play a crucial role in managing projects, on-site teams, and driving business growth.

Role Overview

This exciting opportunity offers excellent training and career progression prospects, as well as a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £38,000 per year. You will be responsible for leading health, safety, welfare, and statutory compliance initiatives, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing staff safety on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Health and Safety Leadership: Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
  • Risk Assessment and Compliance: Conduct thorough risk assessments and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Site Visits and Inspections: Regularly visit client sites to monitor progress, identify potential hazards, and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Staff Safety and Wellbeing: Foster a culture of safety awareness and promote staff wellbeing through effective communication and training.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in Construction Health and Safety with a deep understanding of CDM Regulations.
  • NEBOSH qualification and Fire Risk Assessment training.
  • P402 Asbestos training is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages and other relevant software.
  • A valid UK driving license and the ability to travel extensively throughout the UK.
