Cygnet Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Cygnet Nield House. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users.
About the Role
This full-time position offers a 42-hour workweek across a mixed shift pattern. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding care and working closely with our management team to develop and improve our services.
Your Day-to-Day
- Produce detailed written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations
- Work collaboratively with the management team to develop, audit, and improve quality
- Attend training sessions and engage in continuing professional development to enhance your knowledge and skills
- Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines
- Administer medications within healthcare procedures and guidelines

Requirements
- An experienced RMN with a current PIN number
- The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role
- A good understanding of the latest nursing practices

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is £43,000 - £57,000, depending on experience and location. This figure is subject to review and may vary based on individual circumstances.
