About Our Care Home:

We are a well-established residential care home providing person-centered care to older people with dementia in Cheshire. Our home is committed to delivering high-quality care and promoting the wellbeing of our residents and their families. We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy, preferably with CQC registration or equivalent. They must hold QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care qualifications and possess strong staff management skills. Additionally, they must demonstrate enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding ratings and deliver the highest quality person-centered care.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Hold QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care qualifications (preferred)
  • Care Home Experience: Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes
  • Staff Management: Possess strong staff management skills
  • CQC Regulations: Have excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Patient-Centered Care: Demonstrate enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding ratings and deliver the highest quality person-centered care


Compensation and Benefits:

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
