Team Senior Support Worker

As a Team Senior Carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the Team Leader and other colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Medication management, including administering medications and monitoring side effects.
- Cooking and preparing meals for residents.
- Dementia care, including developing and implementing person-centered care plans.
- Deputising for the Team Leader, as required.
you will also be responsible for uploading day-to-day details on care plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements- You have a strong background in caring for older adults, especially in dementia settings.
- You possess excellent communication skills and are able to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents alike.
- You are confident in your ability to manage medication, personal care, and cooking duties, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- You are willing to learn and develop new skills.
