**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Belong. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to older adults in our Village community styled home.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver exceptional care and support to residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting residents' autonomy and self-esteem.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, serving, and cleaning.
  • Engage with residents in activities and events, fostering a sense of community and social connection.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and organisational policies.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • 1 year experience working in elderly care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
