About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team at Harbour Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily lives, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with personal care needs, such as bathing and dressing
- Assist with meal times, including serving and clearing up
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage in hobbies
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and support
