Casual Support Worker

At Cheshire East Council, we provide support to individuals with learning disabilities and those with physical and sensory disabilities. We are seeking Casual Support Workers to join our Crewe & Nantwich Supported Living Team, a 24/7 service operating 365 days a year. Our team works with individuals across the Crewe & Nantwich area, providing dispersed support.

The successful candidate will possess good verbal and written communication skills, be able to work as part of a team, and demonstrate the ability to work independently. Strong values underpin our approach to social care, and we require applicants to recognize the importance of choice and control for the individuals we support. While experience is preferred, we also welcome individuals with a genuine interest in this type of work as a future career. Induction and training will be provided, and the role will involve Sleep Ins, Weekend Working, and shift work. As a Casual Support Worker, you will work on an as-needed basis, with a salary that reflects this.
