In the role of Support Worker Advocate at Cheshire East Council, you will provide essential support to individuals with learning disabilities and physical or sensory impairments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling them to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate strong values in providing high-quality social care. This includes recognising the importance of choice and control for the individuals we support. Experience is preferred but not necessary, as training and induction will be provided.
This position offers a competitive salary of £19,737 per annum and requires weekend working and shift schedules. Sleep ins may also be involved.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and career within our team.
