About this Opportunity:
Sugarman Health & Wellbeing is currently recruiting a Home Support Worker to support an individual with autism and learning disabilities in their own home. As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for promoting the individual's independence and well-being by supporting them with daily living tasks and managing risks. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference in someone's life and gain experience working in social care.

You will be required to work flexibly, including days and waking nights, and will need to be able to communicate effectively with the individual. We offer a competitive salary and ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Promoting independence and encouraging individuals to participate in activities
- Managing risks and ensuring the individual's safety

Salary: £13.50 per hour (enhanced hourly rate on all Bank Holidays)
