We are seeking a highly motivated Patient Care Advocate to join our team in Cheshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide empathetic and professional support to patients, families, and clinical leads.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience – this doesn't necessarily need to be within a call or contact centre.

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including annual leave starting at 23 days, rising to 25 days within 2 years with service year, life insurance cover, company pension scheme, health and wellbeing, fully funded health cash plan, employee assistance programme, access to online benefits platform Pluxee, and cycle to work scheme.
