About Our Team

We are a busy and dynamic team working in the Emergency Department at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a Patient Access Officer to join our team, who will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Greet patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals in a polite and professional manner.
  • Accurately record patient details and maintain relevant documentation to support safe patient care.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, being dedicated and courteous when dealing with sensitive and confidential issues in line with GDPR.
Requirements
  • Previous office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Salary Information

£26,000 - £30,000 per annum.
