We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Complaints Associate. This is a permanent position based at Leighton Hospital and offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a portfolio of complaints, working closely with the Patient Advice and Complaints Team (PACT) to deliver a high-quality integrated service. This will involve providing excellent customer service, analyzing complex and sensitive information, and working under pressure to tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have A-Level or equivalent in mathematics and English, experience of report writing, and good computer skills including Microsoft Office packages. They will also be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing priorities within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To handle a portfolio of complaints, responding promptly and effectively to queries, requests for information, concerns, complaints, comments, and compliments raised by service users.
  • To work closely with the Patient Advice and Complaints Team (PACT) to deliver a high-quality integrated service.
  • To provide excellent customer service, analyzing complex and sensitive information, and working under pressure to tight deadlines.
