What You Will Do

As a Team Senior Carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the Team Leader and other colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Medication management, including administering medications and monitoring side effects.
  • Cooking and preparing meals for residents.
  • Dementia care, including developing and implementing person-centered care plans.
  • Deputising for the Team Leader, as required.

You will also be responsible for uploading day-to-day details on care plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
