Children's Service Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to manage our residential service for young people. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and contribute to the success of our organization.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support, with a strong focus on staff management, budgeting, and compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily management of the home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents
- Staff management, including recruitment, training, and development
- Budgeting and financial management, ensuring effective use of resources
- Ensuring compliance with all current legislation relating to children's services
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a young people's service
- Established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted
- Hold a recognized qualification in leadership and management (e.g., RMA/NVQ 4 or ILM Level 5)
