An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the Division of Medicine and Emergency Care at Mid Cheshire Hospital.

Job Description

As an Executive Leader for Quality Services, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Nursing with the implementation of the annual Nursing and Midwifery strategy in the division. This includes being an effective leader of change, embedding a culture of continuous quality improvement and overseeing the financial position of ward expenditure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring each matron has an effective workforce plan to support service delivery and Quality Standards. You will also provide senior leadership to the specialist nursing teams and support the divisional teams in delivering the clinical service strategy across the division.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.
