The role of Deputy Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care presents a unique opportunity for experienced nurses to assume a leadership position within our dialysis services. With an estimated salary of £40,055.40 per annum, this position offers a competitive remuneration package that reflects the importance of the role.

You will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of our dialysis unit, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that our services are delivered efficiently. To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of renal nursing principles.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will play a key role in the training and development of staff, helping to create a positive and productive work environment. Our commitment to continuous learning and professional development is reflected in our comprehensive training programs, which include our 8-week Fundamental Dialysis Programme accredited by the European Dialysis and Transplant Nurses Association/European Renal Care Association.
