Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
  • Prepare meals and snacks as required
  • Manage medication according to individual needs
  • Support individuals to access community resources and activities
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Willingness to undertake further training and development opportunities
