We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at Eden Futures, where we empower people with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, autism, and other complex needs.

You will be working alongside a passionate team that shares your commitment to delivering high-quality care and support. Our comprehensive induction program ensures that all new employees receive the necessary training and guidance to excel in this rewarding role.

The salary for this position is £26,850 per annum, based on 42 hours per week. We offer flexible full-time or part-time hour contracts, including bank shifts, to accommodate your lifestyle and commitments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Safeguard the well-being of service users, taking proactive steps to prevent harm and promote their safety.
  • Develop positive relationships with individuals, respecting their autonomy and dignity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create personalized care plans, ensuring seamless support and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
  • Record accurate information about service user interactions, enabling us to monitor their progress and refine our support strategies.
