Support Worker Position

Sugarman Health & Wellbeing is currently recruiting a Support Worker to join our team. This role involves working closely with a female individual with autism and learning disabilities, providing support with daily living tasks, and promoting her independence.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and comfortable environment, facilitating activities that bring joy to the individual, and supporting her in managing risks and developing skills. With a salary of £13.50 per hour (enhanced on Bank Holidays), this role offers a competitive package and flexible scheduling, including 0800-2000 Days and 2000-0800 Waking nights shifts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience, enabling them to build strong relationships with the individual and their support network.
