About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils.
  • They will work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
  • The teacher will create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and independence.
  • They will implement and contribute to Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for pupils.
  • The teacher will monitor and assess pupils' progress, adapting teaching strategies to support their development.
  • They will foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
