We are currently seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our team and work in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) schools across South Liverpool.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a SEND setting, supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Complex Needs, and Visual Impairments. You will be part of a team that creates an engaging, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment tailored to each child's unique needs.

This role is ideal for ECTs looking to gain valuable experience and make a real difference in the lives of children with SEND. As a qualified teacher with ECT status, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in supporting children with SEND.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with ASD, Complex Needs, and Visual Impairments
  • Work alongside experienced staff to create a tailored learning environment
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans
  • Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent and ECT status
  • Passion for supporting children with SEND
  • Creative and adaptable team player
  • Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment

Experience working with SEND students is beneficial but not essential – enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
