Job Description

The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils. They will work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for every child. The role also involves implementing and contributing to Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for pupils.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching in an SEND or specialist setting. You should be passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with SEND and demonstrate creativity, adaptability, and a nurturing approach to teaching.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
