Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at Randstad Education in Liverpool. In this role, you will work with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, providing individualized support and education to help them achieve their goals.Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student
- To work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and education for students with SEN and Disabilities
- To contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives aimed at improving educational outcomes for students with SEN and Disabilities
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with SEN and Disabilities, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Salary and Benefits:
Estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.-
