Special Education Teacher

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an exceptional Primary Teacher or SEND Teacher to join our team at School Improvement Liverpool. As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and support to students with autism/complex/severe learning difficulties.
**Estimated Salary:** £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Learning: Develop and implement effective lesson plans to cater to the diverse needs of students with autism/complex/severe learning difficulties.
- Student Progress Assessment: Regularly assess and record student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform future teaching strategies.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, ideas, and expertise, ultimately enhancing the quality of education provided to students.
Requirements:
- SEN Experience: Possess significant experience working in special schools environments, demonstrating a deep understanding of SEN-related challenges and requirements.
- Subject Knowledge and Teaching Skills: Exhibit strong subject knowledge and excellent teaching skills, enabling you to create engaging and inclusive lessons for students.
