Teaching Assistant Role for SEND Students in Liverpool

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team in supporting SEND students in Liverpool. As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who have special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities.

The successful candidate will have experience working within SEND settings, supporting children in groups or 1:1, and a nurturing personality. In return, you can expect to receive a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with special educational needs in a classroom setting
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop personalized learning plans
  • Provide emotional and social support to students, promoting their confidence and self-esteem
