**About the Job:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate therapist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our services and making a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a caseload of children with diverse needs, delivering high-quality services that meet their individual requirements.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and effective support for children with complex needs.
- Provide training and support to staff members on communication strategies and techniques.
Requirements:
- Qualifications and registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in working with children and young people with special education needs and Neurodevelopmental Disorders (ND).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
