We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join our expert team in Sefton. Our highly regarded SEND school is committed to helping every pupil reach their full potential.
About Our School
Our SEND school in Sefton offers a tailored curriculum to meet the unique needs of every pupil. We are proud of our positive and collaborative school community, where staff are supported to develop professionally while delivering exceptional education to children with a wide range of SEND, including autism, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
- Implement and contribute to Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for pupils.
- Monitor and assess pupils' progress, adapting teaching strategies to support their development.
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
Requirements:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching in an SEND or specialist setting.
- Is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with SEND.
- Demonstrates creativity, adaptability, and a nurturing approach to teaching.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
