Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This competitive salary reflects the importance of this role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered across our homes.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and nurturing individual to lead our children's homes as a Registered Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our residents receive a safe, happy, and supportive environment that enables them to thrive.

- Provide expert leadership and management to drive performance and deliver the homes' priorities
- Ensure that the ethos of CQS is embedded across all our services
- Be accountable for the excellent care provided to our residents, improving outcomes, life chances, and safeguarding their welfare effectively
- Lead in Regulation 44 visits and Ofsted inspections, developing the service to provide the best possible experience for our residents

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a position relevant to residential care of children within the last 5 years
- Full UK driving license and right to work in the UK
- Ability to respond promptly to challenging situations, demonstrating flexibility and effective planning

Other Responsibilities
- On-call responsibilities for all homes within CQS, working closely with the Responsible Individual and other members of the management team
- Any other duties placed on you by the Responsible Individual, Directors, or the residents themselves
