We are seeking an experienced Children's Service Manager to lead our team in Nottingham, ensuring high-quality care services for children and young people with diverse needs.

Estimated Salary:

£38,000 per annum

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a skilled manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our live-in care service in Nottingham. As a Children's Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of care staff, developing individual care plans, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our children's live-in care service in Nottingham.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of compassionate care staff.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans for each child.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews of care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • Registration with OFSTED as a manager or willingness to undergo registration prior to employment.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a residential childcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and safeguarding procedures.
