Children's Support Services Manager

Homes2Inspire Ltd, part of Shaw Trust Group, are seeking a Children's Support Services Manager to join our residential home in Mansfield, Nottingham. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with young people and support their positive development.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience working with children and young people in a residential setting and hold QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification. They will be committed to supporting the management team and ensuring the monitoring of children and young people's behaviour, safety, and well-being.
This role comes with an estimated salary of £27,785 per annum, inclusive of attendance allowance and sleep-in duties. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for progression, 28 days annual leave, and access to our Employee Assistant Program.
