About the Role

The ICT Network Manager will be responsible for the supply of Voice & Data Network services, utilizing our Managed Services Contract with BT, in-house resources, and managing other third-party contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi services across 150+ sites in Cornwall, Devon, and Dorset.
  • Ensure 999 and 101 provision to our call centers.
  • Implement unified communication solutions for our 10,000+ officers and staff.
  • Maintain high standards of security for all our services.
About You

An experienced and successful ICT professional, you will have broad all-round knowledge and experience of ICT Service Management and an excellent understanding of the technologies and trends for network and telephony provision.

This role will suit someone with a history of hands-on technical experience who is looking for a move into the management of teams and contracts, or someone with experience of managing contracts and looking for new challenges within a larger organization.
