About the Role
Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking an experienced ICT Network Manager to lead the management, monitoring, and optimization of our ICT Network across multiple locations. As a key member of our IT team, you will provide strategic advice on the feasibility and impact of changes to ICT Network services, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the Voice and Data Network area, working closely with our Managed Service provider to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Provide expert advice on ICT Network services, including strategic planning, implementation, and optimization.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, such as the Computer Misuse Act, Telecommunications Act, and Data Protection Act.
- Lead complex ICT projects, ensuring timely delivery, and high-quality results.
- Manage and support ICT services, including network infrastructure, telephony, and security systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Computing, ICT, Technology, or a related field (BSc or equivalent experience).
- ITIL Service Management certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Project management qualification (Prince2 or Agile).
- Contract management experience/qualifications.
- High-level ICT competency as an advanced user of Microsoft M365 applications.
- Experience in strategic ICT supplier and service management in a network or telephony technology area.
- Proven successful project management of complex ICT projects.
- Significant understanding and implementation of security best practices in ICT services.
