About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Engagement Manager to join our ICT department at Devon & Cornwall Police. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the supply of ICT services through in-house resource and third-party suppliers, managing contracts, and ensuring performance delivery across the supplier remit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Digital Engagement Team, encompassing Commercial, Business Partner, and Project Management Office functions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for ICT service delivery, contract management, and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and value for money.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve ICT service delivery, including process improvements and technology enhancements.
About You

We are looking for an experienced leader and manager with a broad understanding of the ICT marketplace, including business trends, technologies, and future developments. You will have a strong track record of delivering exceptional service, collaborating with stakeholders, and building credibility with suppliers and partners.
