EU Wholesale Channel Director

**Job Summary:** EU Wholesale Channel Director
We are seeking a highly experienced EU Wholesale Channel Director to lead our wholesale channel strategy across the EU, with a focus on the DACH markets. As a key member of our EMEA Regional Home Office, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance our market position.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including wholesale buying and brand teams, to identify key products, trends, and market opportunities. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial partners, negotiating agreements, and driving business results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wholesale channel leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. A&F offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $100,000 - $140,000 per year, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
