Job Title: Global Wholesale Director

The Salary for this role is around £85,000 per annum. As a key member of the 16Arlington team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial operations and business development strategy within our wholesale sales channels globally. Your primary objective will be to generate revenue through new and existing customers across London, Paris, New York, and other international markets.

About the Role:
This challenging position involves leading, nurturing, and driving our sales team within wholesale. You will work closely with the Managing Director, defining and delivering the wholesale sales strategy while implementing and managing processes to ensure deliverables are met. Key responsibilities include day-to-day sales performance management, utilizing sales techniques and competitions to drive sales activity, supporting the professional development and mentorship of team members, and developing an effective sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing seasonal sales campaigns in London, Paris, and New York, and working with international buyers to build and place orders.
  • Monitoring the sales performance on client accounts to ensure they are on target and take corrective action where performance is not on track.
  • Strengthening relationships with existing clients online and offline, and targeting new potential key players to be added to the brand customer's portfolio.
  • Working closely with agents in specific territories, monitoring their strategy, objectives, and performance.
  • Heavy involvement in merch-planning and pricing meetings to ensure what is agreed will support the delivery of your sales targets.
  • Annual forecasting and wholesale distribution strategy.
  • Reporting weekly, monthly, and seasonally to senior management on business performance and new opportunities in an agreed format.
  • Providing key accounts with seasonal training in person or virtually.
  • Creating annual and seasonal sales budgets and targets, ensuring that these align with the wholesale strategy and the Company's revenue projections.
  • Driving the growth of the business across its client base by building on existing accounts and securing new key accounts. Ensuring that annual growth plans are created and achieved on all key accounts.
