Quality and Customer Service Manager

As a seasoned professional in customer success and quality assurance, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding our company's high standards of customer service and product quality. This role involves managing online reviews, quality control, and handling first-level complaints. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle difficult conversations, and maintain a positive online presence.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,500, plus a performance bonus and excellent progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Online Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews, ensuring our brand's online reputation remains positive.
2. Quality Control: Continuously monitor and improve our processes to meet the highest quality standards.
3. Customer Interaction: Handle first-level complaints, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
