Channel Growth Manager

We are looking for a skilled Channel Sales Manager to join Propel's team and drive growth through our channel partner network across the UK and EMEA.
Propel is a leading software company in the industrial sector, utilizing AI capabilities to enable businesses to manage utilities across buildings. With significant global success, they are now expanding their UK operations.
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners, as well as maintaining strong relationships within the ecosystem. They will work closely with partners to develop strategies that leverage product strengths and optimize market growth.
About the Role:
- Prospect and recruit new channel partners to promote and sell products and services.
- Maintain long-lasting relationships with partners, developing new strategies to optimize market growth.
- Conduct regular reviews with partners to ensure alignment with company objectives, monitoring performance against set goals.
- Provide ongoing training and support to partners.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working in the Industrial Tech space: Construction, Real Estate, Utilities, Facility Management.
- A proven track record of driving sales within a SaaS or technology-driven environment, ideally in Real Estate or Construction.
- Channel Partner Experience: You understand how indirect sales work.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a scaling environment.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing market conditions.
Estimated salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
