Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker to play a pivotal role in shaping a marketing strategy that drives short-term performance and supports long-term brand development and reputation.
The ideal candidate will be driven by data, focusing on innovation and ensuring all marketing activities align with business goals. They will lead both strategically and operationally, overseeing the execution of integrated campaigns that achieve sales targets while developing long-term market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and refining performance marketing strategies across all channels
- Driving customer acquisition and increasing retention
- Budget management and optimization with oversight of the full marketing budget
- Driving a data-first approach to budget planning and marketing investments
- Leading the go-to-market execution of campaigns
- Developing reporting mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you'll need a proven track record in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within a retail or consumer goods market.
You should have experience in:
- Digital marketing expertise across PPC, social, CRM, email, affiliates, retargeting
- Ideal experience in traditional media channels
- Management of multi-channel marketing strategies
- Excellent commercial acumen
- Data-driven with a high level of proficiency in Excel and GA4
- Confident and experienced in working cross-functionally
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
Remuneration
- A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Hybrid working arrangement
