Senior Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to join our team as an Operations Hub Manager. As a key member of our Priority Communities Network team, you will provide administrative and organisational support to clergy, PCCs, and lay teams in our North West Bristol Cluster.
This is a part-time position (approximately 5 hours per week) that requires flexibility, creativity, and strong organisational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the logistical planning and organisation of our cluster, including operations, facilities, finance, governance, HR, and communications.
As a practising Christian, you will be committed to supporting our Christian mission and values. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- •Support the logistical planning and organisation of our cluster, including operations, facilities, finance, governance, HR, and communications
- •Provide administrative and organisational support to clergy, PCCs, and lay teams
- •Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- •Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- •Represent the company at external meetings and events, as required
Requirements
- •Proven administrative and organisational skills, with experience of working in a similar role
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clergy, and lay teams
- •Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
- •Strong IT skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- •Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion, with a strong understanding of data protection principles
