Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Performance Improvement Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales effectiveness by optimising the use of key sales tools and data insights.

  • Stay up-to-date on new features and functionalities within the Sales technology stack and wider Revenue Enablement best practices - provide comprehensive training and support to Sales teams on these updates.
  • Data Utilisation and Analytics
    • Drive the Revenue Enablement Strategy by analysing data from sales tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness.
    • Translate data insights into actionable strategies to improve proficiency and effectiveness.
    • Sales Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of revenue enablement programs and initiatives. Provide regular reporting and insights to sales leadership on sales performance and areas for improvement.
  • Content Development and Management
    • Create, curate, and manage revenue enablement content, tools, and resources.
  • Training and Development
    • Design and deliver sales training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and sales tool utilisation and adoption.
