Sales Development Executive

We are seeking a talented Graduate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £25,000-£27,000 and uncapped bonuses, taking your total earnings to approximately £30,000.
Your primary role will be to build relationships with customers and suppliers, communicating effectively and promptly. You will prepare and send quotes and sales information to customers as agreed deadlines, arrange samples for projects, and maintain stocks and showroom facilities where applicable.
You will work closely with the external sales team, using the company's project HUB to provide administration support and contribute to company marketing activities. Proactive database organisation and mailshot support are also essential aspects of this role.
Key responsibilities include meeting company expectations on target income, adhering to company procedures, and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to progress up the sales ladder. Continuous training and development in sales and product knowledge are crucial to your success.
