Job Title: Strategic Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Director to join our team at Civica UK Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the public sector, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is a pivotal role for our business, requiring you to be a trusted advisor and partner to our clients, helping them to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of the public sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve revenue and growth targets, leveraging your deep understanding of the public sector and our software solutions to add maximum value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at the C-level in UK local government.
  • Take ownership of assigned large/sensitive or critical local government accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for C-level contacts.
  • Deliver revenue growth within an assigned territory through strategic deal closure and/or opening opportunities that are passed to the Line-of-Business sales team to close.
  • Drive holistic account cadence, ensuring a robust and integrated approach to account management, both with the customer and internally.
Requirements
  • Strategic relationship building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at the C-level in UK local government.
