Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Sales Professional to join our team in Poole. As a key member of our business customer mixed electricals and business mobile sales teams, you will be responsible for generating new business customer sales leads, providing bespoke sales quotes, and managing new and existing business customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively make outbound sales calls and enquiries from new and existing business customers
  • Generate new business customer sales leads across multiple lead sources
  • Provide bespoke sales quotes matching the best possible deal for the customer
  • Manage new and existing business customer accounts
  • Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements
  • Prior experience working in a sales, customer service, or services environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
