As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for proactively working with named customers to grow their accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales team and Customer Support teams to develop business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of company internal projects.
This role requires a proactive and planned approach to account management, as well as an adaptable selling and relationship-building style.
Salary: up to £33k plus bonus
