Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth and Development: Drive sales of the company's product range, focusing on existing key accounts and developing new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Global Subsidiary Support: Collaborate with the global subsidiary network to support sales activities and drive business growth.
  • Task Management and Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Customer Requests and Quotations: Respond to customer requests, generate quotations, and advise on customer specifications to ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Key Account Management and New Business Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • CRM System Utilization and Maintenance: Maintain and update the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales data.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data, create forecasts, and provide regular sales reports to stakeholders.
  • Sales Meetings and Collaboration: Attend regular sales meetings, collaborate with the sales team, and contribute to sales strategy development.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Business Development and Sales Experience: Proven experience in business development and sales, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Target-Driven Environment: Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment, with a strong focus on sales growth and business development.
  • Technical and Engineering Background: Technical and engineering background preferred, with experience in engineering and manufacturing industries.
  • Clinical and CRM System Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting, with the ability to analyze sales data and create forecasts.
