Account Manager Role

Holt Engineering is seeking a skilled Account Manager to drive sales growth and develop key customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales of the company's product range, managing existing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain existing key customer relationships
  • Support global subsidiary network
  • Manage and prioritize a variety of tasks and situations in a busy, deadline-driven environment
  • Manage customer requests and generate quotations
  • Advise on customer specifications and ensure a high standard of customer service
  • Look after key accounts and generate new business
  • Utilize CRM system and keep it up to date
  • Sales forecasting and reporting
  • Attend regular sales meetings
  • Apply technical and engineering mindset and experience to support sales activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Technical and engineering background preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting
