We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Growth Manager to join our team at FLOWBIRD. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead business development activities, drive sales growth, and build strategic relationships within the public transport sector.

Your Role:
As a Senior Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business development strategy to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and increase revenue. Your key objectives will include:
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of sales opportunities to meet and exceed order-in targets
  • Building and maintaining strategic and operational relationships with key stakeholders in the public transport sector, including bus operating companies, consultant organizations, and technology suppliers
  • Managing assigned key accounts and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Visiting existing or potential customers to develop market and product intelligence and build relationships
  • Attending industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase our products and services
  • Maintaining knowledge and awareness of fare collection systems within the industry and providing market intelligence through established reporting

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A proven track record of success in complex sales environments, preferably in the public transport sector
  • Experience in B2B business development, particularly in technology solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure to deadlines
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Certification in CRM (Salesforce) and experience in completing proposals and tenders
