Role Overview:

Sales and Account Management
Currys Business seeks an individual to join our team as a Sales Executive, working in our business customer mixed electricals and business mobile sales teams.

This role is ideal for those looking to develop their career in sales or account management, with the opportunity to earn a basic salary and uncapped commission. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing business customers to generate sales and ensure they receive the perfect deal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively make outbound calls and take inbound sales calls and enquiries from new and existing business customers
  • Generate new business customer sales leads across multiple lead sources
  • Provide bespoke sales quotes matching the best possible deal for the customer
  • Manage new and existing business customer accounts
  • Process all sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Be an expert across the entire Currys' B2B product range

You will need:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service or a services environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Resilience and the ability to quickly build rapport
  • The willingness to learn and keep up to date with new products and services
