Administrative Document Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Document Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the workflow and record keeping of electronic and hard copy documents, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal and business regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing the identification and numbering of documents entering the business.
- Utilizing an electronic document management system (EDMS) to index, store and retrieve various document types.
- Converting paper documents to digital format by scanning them using software linked to the EDMS.
- Reviewing documents, verifying they meet regulatory requirements, creating revisions and archiving outdated versions.
- Distributing documents to relevant stakeholders, departments or organizations, and notifying them when action is required as part of a process.
- Developing master document templates and forms, and training employees on their use.
- Maintaining document control procedures for the company.
In addition to the above, the role will also involve:
- Supporting the Operational Excellence team with the Quality Management System, ensuring documents remain valid.
- Providing general administration support to project teams, raising purchase order requests, assisting with the project management system and its continued development and implementation.
- Collaborating with the facility management team on office maintenance and compliance.
The estimated salary for this position is around £26,000 - £33,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
